Ingredients
- 1/4 t: onion powder
- 1/2 T: salt
- 1/4 t: pepper
- 1 t: crushed oregano
- 1 t: crushed basil
- 2-3 t: sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
- 28 oz can of puree
- 18 oz can tomatoe paste
Preparation
Step 1
1. place crushed tomatoes in large pot over medium heat
2. add salt, pepper, sugar ogegano, basil and cinnamon. Stir.
3. add meat
4. cook 10-15 minutes
5. add paste and puree
6. cook over low heat minimum 1-1 1/2 hours
