Garlic-Rosemary Lamb Chops

Rub mixture can be used on pork chops, too. Serve with buttered pasta garnished with parsley.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp bottled minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 4oz lamb rib chops, trimmed
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare broiler.
Combine first 4 ingredients; rub over lamb. Spread garlic mixture evenly over chops. Place lamb on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 min on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
