Ingredients
- 3 Toppits crushed garlic cubes
- 3 Toppits chopped basil cubes
- 3 Toppits chopped parsley cubes
- 6 large potatoes - discard ends and cut into 1" thick round slices
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Marinate potatoes for an hour. Preheat oven to 400 F. Transfer potatoes onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in oven for 50-60 mins., turning once after 30 mins. Baste potatoes with remaining marinade, every 15 mins. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
