Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1-1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together until well mixed. Roll into balls. Roll balls in mix of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake on ungreased sheet 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
