Applesauce Lime Jello Mold

Ingredients

• 1 Large package lime Jello
• 2 cups of boiling water
• 1-1/2 cups applesauce
• 1/2 pint of whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Beat well when slightly congealed. Whip cream and blend with applesauce and Jello. Pour into oiled Jello mold and refrigerate until firm. Any flavor Jello can be used and instead of whipping cream, you can use some Cool Whip (small amount goes a long way. Start with 1/2 cup and add more if you want to). If you can't find a large package of Jello, then use 2 regular-sized packages of Jello.
