Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) cooked, peeled shrimp
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) fresh lemon juice, or to taste
- 2 Tbs (30 ml) finely chopped fresh parsley, chives, dill, or fresh herb of your choice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange the shrimp attractively on a serving platter or individual plates. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring to combine. Spoon over the shrimp and serve chilled. Serves 4 to 6.
