Ralph parillos Vodka Rigatonis

1 lb rigatoni
8 ozs pepper-vodka (recipe follows}
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce

Ingredients

  • pepper vodak add 6 teaspoons of red pepper flakes to 1 qt. vodka. Let mixture stand for at least 2 weeks.
  • The leftover vodka mixture will keep indefinitely

Preparation

Step 1

cook rigatoni al denta drain
return to pan and place over medium heat and continute to stir for 2 mins or until very dry then add vodka mixture, shake bottle to ensure pepper flakes are included.
Cook and stir for 1 minute
carefully place a lighted match to it until flame develops.
After flame subsides, add oil, cream, cook until cream gets hot.
Add cheese and sauce,cook until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
