Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple, rind removed
- 3 celery stalks
- 6 leaves kale (Tuscan cabbage)
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 small handful parsley
- 1/4 jalapeno
- Dash of Himalayan sea salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Remove rind from pineapple.
2.) Remove seeds from jalapeno (optional).
3.) Wash all ingredients and cut to fit through your juicer.
4.) Juice all ingredients, then top with Himalayan salt and enjoy!
