Broccoli Wokkily

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, broken and sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil in the Wok. Stir-fry the broccoli and onions at 325, for about 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cover the Wok. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
