Ingredients
- Large bag of red potatoes
- 2-3 shallots
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallots and crushed garlic cloves in olive oil. Set aside. (The longer it sits, the more flavor.) Cut potatoes into bite sizes pieces. Place in fry pan with shallots and garlic. Cover and cook until potatoes are soft on the inside and a nice crust has formed on the outside.
