Ingredients
- 1 ½ C. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 - 29 oz. Can Fresh Pure Pumpkin
- 1 – 12 fl. oz. Can Pet Milk (Evaporated Milk) (plus 1 can of water)
- 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- OR 2 tsp. ground cinnamon and
- 1 tsp. ground ginger and
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- 2 Unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl
Beat Eggs in a large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin and sugar spice mixture.
Gradually stir in Pet Milk and water.
Bake in preheated oven at 425o for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350o and bake for 40-50 minutes more or until knife inserted in middle come out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. I refrigerate.
