- 1 cn Spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz Packaged ziti
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Fine chopped parsley
- 1 Slightly beaten egg
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 8 oz Mozz.
Preparation
Step 1

Cook macaroni and drain, cook beef and drain, stir in ricotta and next five ingredients and half of spaghetti sauce until well mixed, add ziti and toss to coat, and spoon mixture into 13 x 9 baking pan, pour remaining sauce over ziti mixture, and sprinkle w mozz. bake
