Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2 eggs
- 1 -1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together first 4 ingredients, stir in next three. Knead lightly adding flour if needed. Shape into oblongs, like a twinkie and fry.
