Crabmeat Meltaways

Ingredients

• 6 english muffins
• 1 - 7 oz. can crabmeat
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 - 7 oz. jar Old English sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 Tbsp. mayo
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Slice muffins in half and cut in quarters
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl with electric mixer,
and spread on each piece of muffin. Freeze for at least 30 min. Broil until light brown.
