Ingredients
- 4 ozs Dry Fettuccine, broke in half
- 2 ozs American White Cheese, cubed
- ¼ c Parmesan Cheese
- ½ c Half & Half
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1tsp Minced Garlic
- ½ c Peas, frozen
- ½ c Cauliflower, frozen
- ½ c Carrot Slices, frozen
- 2 c (6ozs) Shrimp
- ¼ Red Pepper
- ¼ Yellow Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine in boiling water.
Add cheese, half & half to saucepan after fettuccine cooks.
Cook garlic in fry pan.
Add veggies.
Add shrimp.
Add sauce mix to fry pan, cook for 5 minutes.
