Recipe that Jack's wife gave us. Best deer jerky I have ever had.

Ingredients

  • 5 lb meat cut in thin strips
  • 1 C. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put meat in sauce and work the sauce through. Lay on tin foil in oven- low temp
May take up to 4 hrs. Turn over once
