- 5 lb meat cut in thin strips
- 1 C. soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
Cooking time 4mins
Put meat in sauce and work the sauce through. Lay on tin foil in oven- low temp
May take up to 4 hrs. Turn over once
