BLT Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon (about 4 to 6 slices), chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 ounce package) powdered ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 package 10-inch soft flour tortillas
  • 1large tomato, chopped
  • 6 leaves green leaf lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook bacon until crisp. Drain on plate lined with towels.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and bacon bits in a mixer. Spread onto tortillas, then layer tomatoes and lettuce.

Roll and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into pinwheels and serve chilled.
