Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 TBS finely chopped green onions
  • 2 TBS dijon mustard
  • 2 TBS finely chopped parsely
  • 2 TBS prepared horseradish
  • 2 TBS ketchup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, pressing with a spoon to mash the onion and garlic. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (better after 24 hrs.)
