Chicken Salad Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

- Preheat oven to 325

- Cube two slices of bread. Place in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole.

- Combine chicken, onion, and mayo. spoon over bread. Cube remaining slice of bread and place on top of ingredients.

- Combine egg and milk; pour over the top. Chill overnight or one hour. Spoon undiluted soup over the top

- Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake one hour
