Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown celery, hamburger, and onion. Drain off excess liquid.
Combine all ingredients and put in casserole dish. (You can add mushrooms and/or water chestnuts if desired.)
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with Chinese noodles and bake 20 more minutes.
