Ingredients

  • 4 avacado's cut up in small bite size pieces
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 roma tomatoes dices
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 can black beans (drained)
  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • cilantro chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Toss it all together and refrigerate for about one hour. Serve with your favorite chips
