- 4 avacado's cut up in small bite size pieces
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes dices
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- cilantro chopped
