Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup (plus) apples
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 T flour mixed with sugar and pinch of salt
• 1/2 t nutmeg
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 t vanille
• 1 egg, whipped
• Mix all above together

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 400 - 15 minutes, then 30 minutes at 350

Topping:
1/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c butter - warm - don't heat

Spread above on top of baked pie and bake 10 minutes at 350
