Ingredients
- 1 packet Ranch salsd dressing & seasoning mix
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 lb. pork loin roast, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dressing mix with the bread crumbs. Coat each pork slice with the crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish and cover evenly with preserves. Bake approximately 25-35 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
