Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, over medium heat in hot oil, cook pork chops with onion for 10 minutes or until brown on both sides.

Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup & water.

Reduce heat to low; Cover, simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are tender, stirring occasionally.
