Pineapple Picnic Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl gradually stir the pineapple juice into the cream cheese. Add pudding mix. Fold in pineapple chunks and Cool Whip. Chill for several hours.
