Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 "scoop" flour
- 1 quart milk
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and stir constantly until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Fold in eggs.
Serve over toast or english muffins.
