Ingredients

  • 2 qt. Heavy Cream
  • 1 qt. Half and Half
  • 24 oz. Sugar
  • 2 Vanilla Beans
  • 36 Egg Yolks
  • 6 Whole Eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in custard cups on sheet tray filled with water most of the way up the cups. Cover sheet with another tray. Bake at 300 F for 33 minutes. Check and cook till set.
