  • 4-5 pound beef brisket
  • 1 can beef consume
  • 6 oz. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • garlic to taste
  • 1T liquid smoke
  • Refrigerate overnight and bake covered at 300 for 6 hours. Cool and slice.
