Ingredients
- 8 oz or 250 gm cream cheese, soft
- 2 x 6 1/2 oz cans ham flakes
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Beat or mash cheese and ham together until blended. Add chives, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Shape into ball, chilling first if necessary. Roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
