Ham and Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz or 250 gm cream cheese, soft
  • 2 x 6 1/2 oz cans ham flakes
  • 2 tsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • parsley, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Beat or mash cheese and ham together until blended. Add chives, lemon juice, and worcestershire sauce. Shape into ball, chilling first if necessary. Roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
