Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. trimmed green beans
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans until tender, 6 to 8 min; let cool. Whisk together olive oil, honey and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the beans with the dressing. Refrigerate for up to 8 hr. Just before serving, toss with red wine vinegar.
