Curried Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 cans peach halves drained
  • 2 cans pear halves drained
  • 2 cans pineapple drained
  • 1 C golden raisins
  • 2 cans apricot halves drained
  • 1 can dark cherries
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C melted butter
  • 1-2 tsp. curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Drain fruit. Combine fruits. Blend sugar, curry powder and butter. Place on fruit and bake at 325 for 1 hr. Cover and refridgerate overnight.
