LEMON CHEESE BARS

  • 1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix (pudding in)
  • 1 Pkg. 8oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Combine cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 C. oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 Cup cake mixture. Pat into 13x9 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon. Pour over bottom layer and sprinkle w/ reserved cake mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
