Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread unsliced - Italian
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C butter or marg
  • 2 Egg whites beaten stiff

Preparation

Step 1

Trim off all crust from bread
Cut into 3/4" cubes

Melt in a double boiler:
Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese ane Butter

Remove & Cool
Fold in egg whites
Dip cubes into mixture
Place on butter cookie sheet
Refig over night

Bake 400 10 - 12 minutes
