Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp flour
Preparation
Step 1
1.Peel rhubarb and pour boiling water over it. Let stand a few minutes and drain.
2.Add sifted sugar and flour and egg yolks. Put in a single shell and bake until the crust is brown. (400)
3. Top with meringue. Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add 2 tbsp while continuing to beat . Spoon over the rhubarb and return to oven to brown.
