Ingredients
- 8 oz Tube pasta
- 1 cup Frozen peas & carrots
- 1 pkg Pesto sauce mix
- 1 Tbsn Cornstarch
- 1 ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Cooked chicken
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta and add veges last 2 min. whisk pesto mix, cornstarch and milk until smooth, bring to boil, cook and stir until thickened, stir in chicken salt and pepper, drain pasta and put in a large bowl, add mixture and toss to coat, top with walnuts.
