Ingredients

  • 8 oz ziti
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c chopped parsley
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans
  • 4 c broccoli florets
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ziti. Heat olive oil and add onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, parsley and beans. Cook covered for 7 minutes. Steam broccoli and toss pasta, bean mixture, broccoli, parmesan cheese and basil leaves
