Roasted Garlic Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 3 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 8 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Roasting Chicken
  • Sliced Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Coat a roasting pan and rack with cooking spray. Combine rosemary, garlic, and salt. Spread mixture underneath the chicken skin. Tuck wing tips under the back of the chicken and tie the drumsticks with kitchen twine. Season with salt & pepper. Place breast side up in roasting pan. Roast, basting twice with juices, for 1 hour 45 minutes. Garnish with lemon.
