Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen broccoli chopped.
- 1 1/2 stick butter.
- 1 pond Veleveeta cheese, cubed.
- 1 sleeve (36) Ritz crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and divide in half.
Cook broccoli
Pour 6 tablespoon melted butter over broccoli.
Mix Velveeta cheese cubes with broccoli.
Crush Ritz crackers. Mix with remaing melted butter.
Place broccoli in corningware and spread Ritz crackers on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
