Ingredients
- 2 Boxes chopped broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/2 package pepperidge farm herb stuffing
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli and drain. Combine with soup, mayo, sour cream, eggs, onion and salt and pepper.
Put into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt butter and brown stuffing mix. Pour on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
