Ingredients
- * one 24-oz. package refrigerated eggplant Parmesan
- * 3 C. farfalle pasta
- * 1 Tbs. fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. While pasta is cooking, heat eggplant Parmesan according to package directions. Next, cut eggplant into bite-size pieces. Stir together pasta and eggplant and garnish with basil.
