Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
• 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 c water
• 2/3 c veg oil
• Frosting
• 2 c powdered sugar
• 2 tsp veg oil
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 c lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients and bake 350 for 25 minutes.

When cake is still hot, poke with holes and drizzle with frosting.
