Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 # rice
- 28 oz. water
- Cook rice in conventional way.
- 1 ½ # small shrimp, cut in pieces
- ½ # pork tenderloin, cut in thin strips
- 6 eggs
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- garlic, minced
- red chili, chopped
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. water
- 1 T. white soy sauce
- 1 T. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Add 5 T. oil to hot wok. Scramble eggs. Add 5 T. more oil, fry onions, garlic and chili for 1 minute. Add prawns, fry 1 minute. Add pork. When pork is ½ cooked add sauce. When sauce boils, add rice. Lower fire, stir well. Add eggs, stir again.
