Scramble

A large, less salty version of chex mix.

I make this gluten free by subbing corn chex for wheat, using gluten free oats and pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mixed nuts
  • 1 pkg cheerios (12 ounce)
  • 1/2 pkg corn chex
  • 1 pkg rice chex (12 ounce)
  • 1/2 pkg wheat chex (12 ounce)
  • 1 small pkg pretzels
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 Tbsp worcheshire sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lawrys

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in large measuring cup, heat through until butter is melted.

Stir into dry ingredients and bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours, stirring every fifteen minutes.
