Ingredients
- 6 Red potatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Place the potatoes in a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, seasoned salt, paprika, parsley & garlic; pour over potatoes & toss to coat.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
