Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • ¾ c sugar or Splenda
  • ½ c reduced fat Bisquick
  • 1 – 2 TB margarine/butter (light)
  • 1 can (13 oz) evaporated fat free milk
  • ½ c egg beaters
  • 1- 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.
Spray pie plate with Pam.
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 – 55 minutes; until knife inserted comes out clean.
