Ingredients
- ¾ c sugar or Splenda
- ½ c reduced fat Bisquick
- 1 – 2 TB margarine/butter (light)
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated fat free milk
- ½ c egg beaters
- 1- 16 oz can pumpkin
- 2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Spray pie plate with Pam.
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50 – 55 minutes; until knife inserted comes out clean.
