Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg frozen cut leaf spinach in butter sauce
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • ¾ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 envelope country vegetable soup mix
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill. Pour into a hollowed out pumpernickel bread bowl and serve with raw veggies.
