Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned Pumpkin (1 - 16oz can)
  • 1 1/2 cups - Eagle Brand Milk (1 - 15oz can)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 ts cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour in 9" pie shell.
Bake 350 until sharp knife inserted in center of pie
comes out clean.
Bake 50-65 minutes then let cool.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
