Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sipcy italian sausage cooked and cooled.
- 1 C flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 oz american or sharp cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt. Stir heavy cream into sausage, turn out the dough onto a lightly floured work surface, press into a sik and cut into triangles. Place 1 cheese cube in each triangle and roll into a tall, Bake 12-15 min at 425.
